Chenin blanc pét-nat
Loire, France
Fresh and slightly hazy, with apple and brioche.

Goes with Sourdough and salted butter, Grilled peach
Wine
Natural wine from small makers. We drank every bottle ourselves before it went on the list.

The vineyard is farmed organically or biodynamically, without chemical sprays.
The yeast is already on the grape. Nothing comes out of a packet.
Little or no sulphite, unfiltered. That's why it can be hazy and every bottle tastes a little different.
